PromoProxy Console

PromoProxy includes a web-based console accessible directly from your browser.
From configuring PromoProxy settings to analyzing logs, everything can be centrally managed without the need for CLI tools or dedicated clients.

Free Plan

In the Free Plan, default PromoProxy settings are applied for inspection, authentication exemption, and web filtering.
These settings cannot be customized.

Key Features​

  • Dashboard & Access Logs
    Visualize data usage and request counts in real time.

  • User Management
    Register and manage users.

  • Inspection Exemption Settings & Certificate Download
    Configure inspection exclusions and download the certificates required for inspection.

  • Authentication Exemption Settings
    Configure authentication exemptions.
    For more information, see the User Authentication & Management page.

  • Web Filtering Settings
    Configure filtering with blacklists, whitelists, and category filters.

  • PAC File Retrieval
    Obtain the PAC file URL.
    For more information, see the PAC File page.

  • Administrator Contact Settings
    Configure the administrator’s email address to be displayed on error pages.
    Not available in the Free Plan.

  • Support
    Contact support by email and access documentation.
    Email support from this page is not available in the Free Plan.

Logout from the Console​

You can logout from the console by selecting Logout from the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Please note that logout from the console does not logout of the PromoProxy service itself.
