Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service before using this Service.
Article 1 (General Provisions)
- Free Plan
- The Free plan of this Service is provided at no charge; however, its features, conditions of provision, and terms may be subject to change.
- Users shall comply with these Terms and with the policies separately established by Infra Design Inc. (the “Company”) (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, End-User Terms of Use, and Security Guidelines).
- Some features of the Service include open source software, and the applicable OSS license terms may take precedence.
- These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Service. You must comply with these Terms when using the Service or the Site. If you have already applied to, or will apply to, the Company (via this Site, email, phone, or other methods) and use the Service, the Company consents to your use of the Service on the condition that you comply with these Terms.
- Individuals who do not agree to these Terms, individuals under 18 years of age, and those whose intended use or other circumstances do not meet the conditions set forth herein may not use the Service. By applying to use the Service or by using the Service or the Site, you are deemed to have read these Terms and agreed to comply with them.
- The Free plan may be suspended or terminated without notice.
- In addition, Free plan users agree that the Company may publicly indicate, on the Company’s website, sales materials, and other media, as a usage record, the fact that such user uses the Service (including display of the user’s name—corporate or service name—and logo, etc.).
- Pro and Enterprise Plans
- For the Pro and Enterprise plans, the pricing, features, conditions of provision, and terms may be changed with prior notice.
- Users shall comply with these Terms and with the policies separately established by Infra Design Inc. (the “Company”) (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, End-User Terms of Use, and Security Guidelines).
- Some features of the Service include open source software, and the applicable OSS license terms may take precedence.
- These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Service. You must comply with these Terms when using the Service or the Site. If you have already applied to, or will apply to, the Company (via this Site, email, phone, or other methods) and use the Service, the Company consents to your use of the Service on the condition that you comply with these Terms.
- Individuals who do not agree to these Terms, individuals under 18 years of age, and those whose intended use or other circumstances do not meet the conditions set forth herein may not use the Service. By applying to use the Service or by using the Service or the Site, you are deemed to have read these Terms and agreed to comply with them.
- In both plans, if any discrepancy arises between the Japanese and English versions of the terms, explanatory materials, other information, websites related to the service, or web consoles and applications provided by the service, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- User: A corporation or individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- End User: An individual designated by the User who accesses the internet through the Service.
- Log Data: Web access logs, metadata, virus scan results, and any information acquired and stored by the Service.
- PAC File: A configuration file that instructs the use of a proxy.
Article 3 (Service Details)
- Free Plan
- Provides proxy functionality usable via browser settings (application of PAC file and certificate configuration).
- Provides decryption of web traffic, including encrypted communications (e.g., HTTPS), and a visualization dashboard.
- Provides basic virus scanning and URL/application filtering; however, completeness, effectiveness, and detection rates are not guaranteed.
- The Service’s routing may vary by region and time of day.
- Source IP addresses cannot be fixed (assignment/retention of a specific IP or provision of a dedicated IP is not available). Source IP addresses may change without notice.
- The Free plan has prescribed functional limitations, which may be changed from time to time.
- Pro and Enterprise Plans
- Provides proxy functionality usable via browser settings (application of PAC file and certificate configuration).
- Provides decryption of web traffic, including encrypted communications (e.g., HTTPS), and a visualization dashboard.
- Provides basic virus scanning and URL/application filtering; however, completeness, effectiveness, and detection rates are not guaranteed.
- The Service’s routing may vary by region and time of day.
Article 4 (Registration)
- A person wishing to use the Service shall enter the required information in the application form specified by the Company, and the service use agreement shall be formed when the Company accepts the application.
- The Company may refuse or cancel registration in the following cases:
- If the application contains false or erroneous information
- If the applicant is recognized as an anti-social force or equivalent
- If it is found that the applicant was previously suspended from use due to violation of these Terms
- Any other case the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Conditions of Use)
- Free Plan
- The maximum daily data allowance is 1 GB per user per day.
- If daily usage exceeds 1 GB, speed limits will apply. If daily usage exceeds 3 GB, communications will be blocked.
- Users understand that defects, outages, and functional changes may occur and agree to use the Service on that basis.
- Users shall, at their own responsibility and expense, arrange their internet connectivity and device environment.

- Users shall, at their own responsibility and expense, arrange their internet connectivity and device environment.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of the Company or third parties
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or modification/analysis of the Service
- Reselling, lending, or redistributing the Service
- Conduct such as high-volume communications or mining that imposes excessive load on the Service
- Transmitting content or data that violates export control regulations
- Permitting use by, or aiding and abetting, anti-social forces
Article 7 (Service Level)
- No SLA regarding service uptime applies to the Free plan.
- The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide stable service; however, temporary suspension may occur due to maintenance, emergency responses, force majeure, and the like.
Article 8 (Support)
- Free Plan
- No support is provided for the Free plan.
- Pro and Enterprise Plans
- Best-effort support via email during business hours (weekdays 10:00–17:00 JST).
- Requests received outside business hours will generally be handled on the next business day on a best-effort basis.
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information and Logs)
- The collection of personal information and communication logs in this Service, purposes of use, retention period, conditions for provision to third parties, and other handling are governed by the Privacy Policy separately established by the Company.
Article 10 (Fees and Payment)
- No usage fees are charged for the Free plan.
- The pricing for the Pro and Enterprise plans shall be determined separately by the Company, and if revised, the Company will notify Users at least 30 days in advance.
Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Service and related software and documentation belong to the Company or its licensors.
- Users acquire only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. No geographic restrictions are imposed on the use of the Service.
Article 12 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
- Free Plan
- Use and viewing of the Site and use of the Service are at the customer’s own risk. The Company and related parties involved in the creation or publication of the Site bear no responsibility for any damage arising from access to or use of the Site (including damage to computers and networks, whether direct or indirect) or for any repair costs.
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, opportunities, revenue, or profits, business interruption, or the procurement of substitute goods or services) arising from the use of the Site or the Service (or content provided through the Site or Service), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The Company shall bear no liability whatsoever, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any matters arising out of these Terms or the Service provided hereunder.
- Pro and Enterprise Plans
- Use and viewing of the Site and use of the Service are at the customer’s own risk. The Company and related parties involved in the creation or publication of the Site bear no responsibility for any damage arising from access to or use of the Site (including damage to computers and networks, whether direct or indirect) or for any repair costs.
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, opportunities, revenue, or profits, business interruption, or the procurement of substitute goods or services) arising from the use of the Site or the Service (or content provided through the Site or Service), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The Company’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Service provided hereunder, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount billed and paid to the Company during the one-month period prior to the initial occurrence giving rise to such liability. (If no such amount has been paid, the Company shall bear no liability.)
- The customer agrees that the above liability cap reflects an appropriate allocation of risk in light of the Service’s low pricing, and understands that the Company would not enter into these Terms without such limitation.
Article 13 (Force Majeure)
- The Company shall bear no responsibility if provision of the Service or support becomes impossible due to force majeure not attributable to the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorism, arson, fire spread and other damage to the Company’s facilities or personnel, accidents or unavailability involving transportation or communication lines (including damage from cyberattacks), tight electricity supply and demand, and other causes.
Article 14 (Term and Termination)
- The service use agreement shall remain valid from the completion date of registration until the Service is terminated.
- A User may terminate this agreement for its own convenience by giving the Company notice in writing (including electronic means) at least 30 days in advance (“termination for convenience”).
- If, at the time of the notice of termination for convenience in the preceding paragraph, a valid application form or individual agreement (“application, etc.”) exists between the Company and the User, this agreement shall not terminate until such application, etc. expires or is terminated pursuant to its terms.
- Even after termination of this agreement, the following provisions shall remain in effect: Article 6 (Prohibited Acts), Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information and Logs), the portions of Article 10 (Fees and Payment) relating to unpaid obligations, Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights), Article 12 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability), Article 16 (Anti-Social Forces), Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction), and any other provisions which, by their nature, should remain in effect.
- If there are any unpaid usage fees or other obligations owed by the User up to the termination date of this agreement, the User shall immediately pay them to the Company.
Article 15 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms within a reasonable scope, and the amended Terms shall take effect when posted on the website. In the case of material changes, the Company will notify Users by email or other means.
Article 16 (Anti-Social Forces)
The customer and the Company mutually represent and warrant that neither they nor their officers or persons who effectively control management (collectively, “Officers, etc.”) are currently or in the future members of organized crime groups, members of organized crime, quasi-members, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, or persons equivalent thereto (collectively, “anti-social forces”), and that they have no relationships of transactions, association, or use with anti-social forces.
If it becomes clear that the other party has breached the foregoing representation and warranty, the customer or the Company may immediately terminate all contracts and memoranda between the parties, and the terminating party shall have no obligation to provide any economic benefits or compensation for losses to the other party.
Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation and application of the rights and obligations between the Company and the customer regarding use of the Site and Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the Company and the customer shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
